As a Telecaller at Alpha Eduworld, you'll be the first point of contact for students and parents exploring MBBS abroad options. Your role is to provide accurate information, build trust, and guide prospects to the right counseling support while maintaining detailed call records and follow-up schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent inquiries with clarity and empathy.
• Provide accurate information about MBBS abroad admissions, universities, and processes.
• Follow up with leads to support their decision-making journey.
• Maintain detailed call records and update lead status consistently.
• Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with senior advisors.
• Meet daily calling goals while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM or spreadsheets.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
• Strong listening skills and ability to explain processes clearly.
• Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
